With more than 30 years of experience in strength and conditioning, our STRONG classes are built on proven expertise and personalised support. From decades as a Personal Trainer using machine and free weights, to over 20 years as a BodyPump instructor and competing in CrossFit under some of Australia's leading coaches—including attending the CrossFit Games in Los Angeles in 2014—our founder brings a wealth of knowledge to every session. Today, that experience is focused on supporting peri- and post-menopausal women through evidence-based strength training, with expert coaching, individual technique adjustments, personalised programming and the motivation to help you feel stronger for life.
