    An ‘intermediate’ class that involves Reformer Pilates with added resistance & challenge from weights, bands, circles, jump boards & Pilates balls.

    Classical & Contemporary Pilates combine to make this class exciting and fast. Our most advanced class, we expect you have a basic understanding of your springs and body needs to enable us to flow through fun sequences and challenges.

    Have specific goals? Need that extra education & PUSH? Amanda has over 30 years helping clients reach their fitness goals. All modalities from Resistance Training to Pilates, boxing and cardio style workouts - we can supplement existing fitness programs, or reach specific wedding, holiday or menopausal metabolism restart programs. Times and days dependent on availability.
