3 Top Tips for Nailing YOUR Resolutions.

  1. Be honest about your WHY? Is it a societal pressure (the boring physical appearance or weight loss goal), or do you want less back aches and the ability to ride your horse better at competitions, or the energy to keep up with your kids? Give yourself some RELEVANT RESOLUTIONS that suit your lifestyle and align with your soul.

  2. Small Consistent Changes = Big Results. Start small and enjoy the feeling of “I probably could’ve done more” when you’re in the beginning stages of creating a habit. For example- 2x Weekly Classes & 1x Weekly walk (20 mins), which can then progress to 2x Weekly Classes (one of a higher level) & a Weekly Walk (30 mins mixed terrain). You see how we can increase challenge (result) without necessarily increasing duration OR weekly commitment.

  3. Rest is OK- giving up is NOT. Take a week off here & there for travel, rest and ENJOYMENT! This is absolutely necessary for mental and physical gains of any type. Rest is a workout.

All of this is mindset training as much as it is physical. Understand that we all naturally veer toward negativity bias- it doesn’t mean we’re “failing” or we’re ‘not getting anywhere” Speak kindly to yourself always - and keep going! “Im too fit” said nobody ever. See you in Studio beauties X
